The role

As a Talent Marketer you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of talent pipelines and trends within a business sector/function within Metamorph’s recruitment services. This will include proactively tracking and capturing information about people, companies and markets for a specific sector through direct and indirect sourcing strategies, inbound marketing, content creation for social channels. The Talent Marketer will also manage candidate experience and create reports with data and insight critical to the service delivery of Metamorph’s clients.

The candidate

The successful candidate will have come from a background in executive secretarial, social media marketing, or sales coordinator / analyst role. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables, the successful candidate will have a positive mindset and high levels of grit who delivers high standards of quality work. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills both online and offline, and have a curiosity to learn, develop and enhance their career.
