AI Automation · Recruitment & Executive Search

Your recruitment firm has 5 years.
Maybe less.

Most recruitment founders won't survive the AI tsunami. We help the ones who will. We redesign your firm into an AI-augmented human recruitment practice. Freeing 80% of your team's time. Making 50%+ margins the new normal.

The Great Split

The recruitment industry is tearing in two.

Half one

Quietly automating.

Shipping AI workflows. Placing faster. Closing higher fees. Running leaner than anyone thought possible. They don't post about it on LinkedIn — they're too busy winning.

Half two

Still sending 147 InMails.

Wondering why conversion is down. Adding headcount instead of leverage. Telling themselves "I survived job boards, I'll survive this." They're wrong, and they feel it already.

In 5 years, one half will own the market. The other won't be in it. Which half are you building?

Customer Zero

I automated my own firm first.

You've heard the AI pitch a hundred times. The question is whether anyone selling it has ever actually run a search with it. Every module on this site was built and broken inside my own recruitment practice — live clients, real fees, real mandates — before it ever touched yours.

Who's behind this

Peter Fitzroy. Been there. Done that. Got the scars too.

Twenty years at the senior end of executive search. Formerly Managing Consultant at Korn Ferry. Director and Board member at PRTR, helping build one of Thailand's largest staffing firms. Searches led across consumer goods, industrial, and technology, for C-suite functions such as Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Tech and HR roles.

My recruitment career started in the UK back in 2003, followed by 18 years in Bangkok, working across Southeast Asia, China, Australia, and Europe. I've had some wins, but I took some losses too. Both shaped how I do this now.

Certified through IDEO (AI × Design Thinking), Flow Research Collective (performance neuroscience), Hogan, McQuaig, and Claude. Mathematics degree from Sheffield Hallam, which probably explains the obsession with metrics.

Now I help recruitment founders build AI × Human firms that play in a completely different ballpark.

The Scope

We don't automate a recruiter's day. We rebuild a founder's firm.

Most "AI for recruitment" sells you a sourcing tool. That's a feature. You run a business. Metamorph installs AI across every function — end to end.

01

Brand & Marketing

The full firm voice. Brand, site, SEO/GEO, content, ads, LinkedIn — built to attract the clients and candidates you actually want.

Positioning + identity Website + SEO/GEO LinkedIn engine Newsletter + case-study factory
02

Sales

BD sequences, prospect intelligence, outbound that lands. Your pipeline stops depending on referrals alone.

ICP + account tiers Outbound sequences Prospect research AI CRM automation
03

Delivery

The search itself, reimagined. Sourcing, screening, briefings, candidate intelligence — faster, deeper, with higher quality outcomes.

Candidate intelligence Briefing AI Screening automation Assessment synthesis
04

Operations

The system that runs the system. SOPs, runbooks, team enablement, workflow orchestration — the rails every department rides on.

Team SOPs + training AI ops runbook Workflow orchestration Internal tooling
05

Finance

The numbers layer. Invoicing, cashflow forecasting, margin analytics, commissions — so every search and every consultant has a P&L, not a guess.

06

Performance

Where the firm gets managed, not just run. Forecasts, KPIs, dashboards — the MD's view across every department.

The Stakes

Recruitment firms are going to shrink. Many recruiters will go extinct within 5 years.

Not metaphorically. Twelve months from now, your firm is one of two things.

If nothing changes

The firm that used to matter.

  • Client calls get shorter
  • Shortlists take longer than your competitor's
  • Good recruiters leave for firms that feel modern
  • Margin compresses every quarter
  • You become the bottleneck
If you build an AI × Human firm

The AI × Human firm that gets to choose.

  • Inbound that compounds — clients come to you
  • Shortlists in 48 hours, with higher quality
  • Team loves the work again — AI does the drudgery
  • 50%+ margins, durable, defensible
  • You work on the firm, not in it
AI won't replace recruiters. But recruiters with AI will replace the ones without it.

FAQ

Questions recruitment founders actually ask.

We've bought AI tools before and nothing stuck. Why will this?

Because we're not selling AI tools. We're redesigning how your firm works using AI — so you future-proof against the AI tsunami instead of getting swallowed by it. There are thousands of tools out there. We help you identify, strategically, where the firm needs to be — then we build it. Could be the same stack we run, could be a similar one, could be entirely your own. Either way, we stay in the build until your team is using it without thinking.

How big does our recruitment firm need to be?

Sweet spot is 10–50 recruiters and under ~$5M revenue — search firm or agency. Smaller (solo or 2–5) works if the founder is the decision-maker and has a week of focus. Larger than 50 usually wants enterprise procurement timelines we can't match without a partner model.

We're in Southeast Asia — is that relevant?

We're based in Bangkok and Singapore with active clients across Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, the UAE, and Australia. Region matters: local language handling, privacy regimes, and the reality that recruitment in this part of the world is relationship-led. We get it.

Is our client + candidate data safe?

Yes — and the architecture question matters more than the privacy one. We build inside your tool boundaries wherever possible — your ATS, your CRM, your stack — so we're not migrating your candidate database to a tool you can't audit or unwind. GDPR, PDPA Thailand, and PDPA Singapore are baseline. NDA by default. If a workflow needs sensitive data to leave your environment, you'll know about it before we build it, not after.

How much of my team's time does this take?

Less than you think. The Audit is about 4 hours of your time across 2–3 weeks — discovery sessions, workflow walkthroughs, sign-off. The Implementation is 2–3 hours of recruiter input per week while we build. We do the heavy lifting; you keep placing. The Optimisation is where time goes up — that's training, and there's no shortcut to a team that actually uses what you bought.

Will this replace our recruiters?

The opposite. We don't replace recruiters — we turn them into super recruiters. The stack alone delivers ~2× throughput on the same headcount. Layer in Flow performance coaching and it's 3–5×. The only recruiters who get replaced are the ones who refuse to use AI at all — and they'll lose their seat regardless.

Can we start small before committing to a full Implementation?

Yes — that's what the Audit is for. Two to three weeks, one Week-1 quick win shipped, and a 30/60/90 plan in your hands. If we're a fit, the Audit converts into an Implementation. If we're not, you still own the diagnostic.

What if it doesn't work?

We don't offer a blanket refund — and you wouldn't want one. The Audit is the de-risk. Two to three weeks, fixed price, and you walk out with a ranked diagnostic and a Week-1 quick win shipped. If we're not a fit after that, you keep the work. The Implementation only happens if both sides agree it'll pay. Risk sits at the door, not inside the build.
